Duties of Job

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers via phone.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Job Summary

IT Literate
Previous experience would be a plus
Ability to work under pressure

HSC holder or Diploma
Full time: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 12:30

Qualification: HSC / Diploma

Academic Qualification Required HSC-GCE A L - IB
Experience Required 1 year
Currency Type Mauritian Rupees
Working Hours 9h-17h
