Duties of Job

-Welcome customers at the reception and guide to concerned personnel

Customer Service:
- Attend customers’ queries and complaints regarding alarm systems
-Fill in new customers’ details on the system
-Contact customers for survey

- Prepare reports for the sales & marketing manager
-Attend important meetings

Planning of Technicians:
-Set appointments for Technicians with customers from list technical complaints extracted on call manager
-Follow up with technicians on a daily basis

Job Summary

Be the first point of contact for the company and provide office and clerical support throughout the organization.
