Duties of Job

• Coordinate management and administrative meetings
• Answer all phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently, take messages and pass on to the relevant person
• Update appointment calendar for directors and maintain/schedule appointments, accordingly
• Make sure all administrative forms is available and updated
• Liaise with notary’s office, as and when required
• Prepare and update client files, as appropriate
• Follow-up and issuing of relevant correspondences to clients
• Assist team members in their duties, as and when required
• Perform any ancillary duties as may be assigned to him.
