Recruitment and follow up/coordinating on quality of participants as per profile agreed with the client and within the given deadlines
Informing participants on the overall expectations of the research and making sure that the participant fits in the profile before confirming an appointment
Prior arrangements of transport, with the approval of the research manager so as not to miss appointments
Ensure that meeting room at TNS analysis (or any other place) is well organised, cleaned and with all needed equipment on proper working conditions (TV, audio,
camera, board, paper board, etc) and making sure that all recording equipments are in working conditions before any interview.
Carry out individual and group interviews in Creole, French or English
Ensuring that the respondents tallies with recruitment profile before the interview
Making sure that all recorded materials have properly downloaded before sending for transcriptions
Making sure that all transcriptions are in house within the deadlines
Ensuring the quality of transcriptions: random cross check of all transcriptions with the given audio, verify format and ensuring that there are indications at every 5
Recruiting and maintaining a healthy database of suppliers for transcriptions
Maintaining a sound database of participants and classifying them per profile for future use
Market research assistant collect and organise information to help business and government clients find out about people’s attitudes towards various products or issues. As a market research assistant, you should ensure the quality consistency of data within the given deadlines. More specifically, you shall coordinate fieldwork; follow up on transcriptions and recordings and doing ‘mise a plat’ analysis.
